Shipments are made through MRW or a specialized courier service in the case of some wall, table, hall or cuckoo clocks.

Watches from brands belonging to the Swatch Group cannot be purchased from countries outside the European Union.

For countries outside the EU, the final price will be without European taxes. You must create an account and log in (this step is essential since our system will be able to recognize your country and exempt you from paying European taxes), after which you will be able to see the products with a new price without taxes.

Prices are subject to shipments with a weight of up to 2 kg. If the weight of the shipment is greater than 2 kg, an extra charge will be charged, which will be notified to you via email.

Antigua Relojería is not responsible for additional costs or returns as a result of special taxes at destination, customs or similar.

Delivery times in Spain range from 2 to 4 days and in Europe from 3 to 7 days. For deliveries in non-European countries, delivery times will be immediately reported by email.

The fact of having paid for an order in advance does not oblige Antigua Relojeria to complete the operation in the event that, for reasons beyond the company's control or stock shortages of the brands, the model is not available.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return it.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and the condition of the products has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount of the return using the same payment method used by the buyer.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as their own additional costs caused by the return, such as telephone calls, time spent processing the return, etc.
