At Antigua Relojería we are official dealers of all the brands we offer: AMS, Ardavín, Baume & Mercier, Boegli, Bulova, Casio, Certina, Citizen, Festina, G-Shock, Garmin, Hamilton, Hermle, Junghans, Longines, Lotus, Maurice Lacroix, Michael Kors, Mido, Rado, Sandoz, Seiko, Schneider, Tag Heuer, Tissot, U-Boat and Viceroy.

I can't find the reference I'm looking for. What can I do?

We have access to all the references of the brands of which we are a dealer. If you are looking for a reference and cannot find it, you only have to contact us and ask for it by contacting us.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return it. To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and the condition of the products has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount of the return using the same payment method used by the buyer. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as their own additional costs caused by the return, such as telephone calls, time spent processing the return, etc.

Yes, our customers can benefit from discounts in our online store. In addition, if they wish, they will be constantly informed of news, promotions and offers.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Before making your first purchase, you must register as a user. You can do this in the My Account tab or in the shopping cart once you have placed your order. How can I place my order?

To make a purchase you can choose between several ways to send us your order:

How can you send my order to me?

For domestic orders, you can choose between two shipping methods: Correos blue package and MRW. International shipments will be made through Correos' International Shipping service or MRW.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipping times will depend on the shipping method chosen. Check Shipping Methods.

For each product you will find three possible availability methods:

– AVAILABLE: The chosen product is in stock and, once payment has been confirmed, it will be ready to be shipped immediately.

– ON ORDER 3-6 DAYS: The stock of the chosen product is variable and we will inform you via email of the maximum shipping time, not exceeding 6 days.

– ON ORDER, CONSULT: It is usual for the stock of this product to be low as they are special products, so we will immediately inform you of the delivery time.

*As there are daily orders, it is not always possible to ensure the stock of the products. You will be informed immediately by email of any incident.

How long is the warranty on the watches?

All watches we sell are original and have an international warranty.

The warranty is two years within the EU.

In the rest of the world, the conditions and duration of the warranty are subject to the conditions of the watch manufacturer and the legislation of each country.

The warranty coverage is specified in the documentation sent with the watch. No manufacturer's warranty covers damage or breakage to the watch strap or crystal or battery changes.

What should I do if my watch has a problem while under warranty?

You can contact us directly by sending us your watch and we will manage the repair. In addition, since the brands are the ones that grant the international guarantee, you can go to any dealer of the brand near your home and they will take care of managing the repair.
