    Yes, our workshop is open to the public and we managed all types of watches.
  • Have you got an address where I can see the collections?
    Our shop is in Madrid, on Calle de la Sal No. 2, near the Plaza Mayor. Here we are since 1880 dedicated to watches.
  • I can not find the reference that I'm looking for. What I can do?
    We have access to all references of our brands. If you are looking for a reference and you can't find it, you just need to contact us and ask us about it via email our Contact section.
  • What is your order return policy?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt thereof to execute your right of return. To make a return the product must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Once we receive the returned product and check the status we will proceed to refund the amount of it using the same payment system that the client used to make the order.The return shipping costs and charged it's on the client as well as its own additional costs incurred by it as are phone calls, time spent managing the return, and so on.

    For national orders (Spain), you can choose between two shipping methods: e-blue package and MRW.
    International Shipments will be send by international service Post or MRW.

  • What is the delivery time of my order?
    he time depends on the shipping method that you have chosen. Consult in the form of delivery. For each product you will find three possible ways of Availability:
    - AVAILABLE: The chosen product is in stock and once the payment is confirmed, It will be ready to be sent immediately to you.
    - ON DEMAND - 3-6 DAYS: The stock of the chosen product is variable and we will inform you via email of the maximum delivery time, not exceeding 6 days.
    - ON DEMAND - ASK: Typically, the stock of this product is low by being a special products, so we will inform you immediately about the delivery time, via email.
    * It's not always possible to ensure the stock of products having daily orders. You will be notified immediately of any incident by an email.
  • How many time is the warranty of the watches?
    All watches that we sell are original and they have international warranty. The warranty is for two years in the EU territory. The conditions and warranty period for the rest of the world are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer brand of each watch and the legislation of each country.
    The warranty cover is specified in the documentation that we'll send with every watch. None manufacturer warranty covers breakage or damage in the bracelet or in the watch crystal or battery changes.

    You can send us your watch and we will manage your watch repair.
    Furthermore, the brands give international warranty,so you can go to any dealer of the brand near to home and they'll manage the repair.
